CAT B FIT-OUT: LARGE COMMERCIAL OFFICES, CENTRAL LONDON

ODH was appointed by Starr Inurance to provide an upgrade to the existing office floors, including a full Cat B fit-out of one large commercial office floor in central London.

The team encountered some challenges with logistics in accessing level 5 of the fully occupied building and working with existing services. These obstacles were overcome through effective team communication, weekly progress meetings, and close collaboration with the main contractor.

The project was completed successfully, with the client very satisfied. All contractors finished the project on time and within budget, meeting all of the client’s needs.
