We’re pleased to announce that ODH has been appointed to deliver the full Mechanical, public health and controls package for the redevelopment of multiple floors of office space and retail units at Marylebone High Street, London.

Working alongside the wider project team, our scope will support an extensive upgrade programme, including a new EOT facility, rear and rooftop extensions, and the creation of a new pavilion and landscaped roof garden. These works will provide CAT A+ office accommodation and refurbished retail units, enhancing both commercial performance and long-term sustainability for the building.

Project scope includes:

🔹 New End of Trip Facilities

🔹 VRF heating and cooling systems

🔹 DX air conditioning systems

🔹 Mechanical ventilation across all floors

🔹 New rainwater and drainage systems

🔹 Boosted cold water and CAT 5 water systems

🔹 Point-of-use hot water systems

🔹 BMS controls for all new M&E plant

A key focus for this project is achieving the targeted BREEAM Excellent standard and NABERS target rating with our highly experienced team working collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure the installation supports these ambitious performance targets.
