ODH are delighted to announce the award of the mechanical refurbishment contract at Greater London House, an iconic Art Deco landmark in Camden. Originally constructed in the 1920s as a factory building, it has since been transformed into a major commercial office space.
ODH have been appointed to deliver a multi-floor mechanical refurbishment, this is a full design and build project, and with the building being listed, our in house design and management team were tasked with carrying out building wide validations and in depth surveys, enabling us to integrate the new and existing systems carefully. From the initial conception, through to a detailed, fully coordinated RIBA stage 5 design, ODH have worked closely with our valued client and supported throughout. ย
As the building remains fully occupied by over 3,000 employees, our team will carefully plan and manage the works to ensure disruption is kept to an absolute minimum, maintaining safe access and clear communication throughout the project.
