At ODH, we understand how important it is to support the next generation entering the industry. Investing in people is key to building a sustainable and successful future for our business.

We’re proud to currently have two hardworking apprentices as part of our team: Jack Whiting and Zac Waltham.

Although they have only been with us for a few months, they are already making excellent progress as they work towards their NVQ Level 1,2 &3 qualifications in plumbing, heating and environmental engineering – a four-year programme.

Once they have qualified, they will be fully trained plumbing, heating and environmental engineers, adding real value to both our team and the wider industry.

We’re excited to support their journey and watch them develop over the coming years. 👏
