Working in partnership with the client’s design team for an established private landlord, this exciting new project will highlight our commitment to delivering exceptional commercial environments. 🏢

Commencing last month and scheduled for completion in late March, our scope for delivery includes:

🔹Installation of new Mitsubishi HVRF system with 16 FCUs & 2 Branch Controls
🔹BMS modifications
🔹Ductwork (primary & secondary)
🔹Linear and swirl diffusers
🔹New pumped above-ground drainage system
🔹Domestic services for WC cores and tea points
🔹Thermal insulation and full commissioning
