ODH is thrilled to announce the award of the full mechanical package for a Cat B refurbishment within a Grade II listed building in London.

Following the successful completion of the Cat A refurbishment, we are returning to deliver the same high level of professionalism and efficiency. Our work will involve modifications to the existing mechanical and public health systems, as well as upgrades and installation of new mechanical building services.

Our scope of works includes validations, modifications to existing services, upgrades to mechanical and domestic water services and the deployment of new HVAC systems. We are also responsible for the installation of a new roof plant, new primary supply and extract ductwork distribution, public health and domestic water services, BMS controls, as well as system testing and commissioning.
